Nearly every Parker community is covenanted — Stonegate, The Pinery, Canterberry Crossing, Clarke Farms, Stroh Ranch, Idyllwilde, Pradera and dozens more. Straight talk from Parker and the south Denver metro
Our HOA has a hard limit on how long a container can sit and I only found that out from Dane, not from the two companies I called before him. He booked the window around it and had it gone a day early. Nobody else even asked which neighbourhood I was in.
Hail took the roof in June and half of Douglas County was calling roofers the same week. DNV had a can on the driveway at seven the next morning, on boards, on the tear-off side. He also told me a 30 would go over weight on Class 4 before I ordered one.
Original builder deck from 1998, completely shot. I had no idea the footings alone would blow a container's weight limit. They sent a 20 for the lumber and a 10 for the concrete and it worked out cheaper than the single big can I asked for.
We cleared forty years out of a barn and two loafing sheds on the Franktown side. They knew to pull the scrap steel out first, told me straight that manure was a no, and their driver actually knew where a truck can and cannot turn around on a gravel drive.

How fast can you deliver a dumpster in Parker?
Most of the time, same day if you call before about 11am, and next morning otherwise. We run our own trucks out of 10002 Dransfeldt Rd in Parker, so we are not waiting on a dispatcher two counties away. During storm cleanup and peak spring remodeling weeks it can stretch to 48 hours, and we will tell you honestly when you call.
What does a flat rate actually include?
Delivery, pickup, an agreed rental period and a set tonnage allowance with disposal included. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee, no admin fee. The only way the number changes is if you go over the weight allowance or keep the container longer than agreed, and we tell you both limits before we deliver.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. Plenty of our customers text us a photo of where they want it and go to work. All we need is clear access, a spot free of cars and low branches, and permission to be on the property. If access is tight or gated, tell us when you book and we will schedule accordingly.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We put protection boards under the wheels and rails on every residential delivery, which spreads the load instead of concentrating it on four small contact patches. The Douglas County complication is expansive bentonite clay, which heaves and cracks driveways here long before a truck ever arrives, so we photograph the existing condition on arrival. Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Parker?
On your own driveway, generally no municipal permit. In the public street or right-of-way you usually do, through the Town of Parker — or CDOT on a state highway like CO-83 or CO-86. Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Aurora, Centennial and unincorporated Douglas County each run separate processes. What can I not put in the dumpster?
Wet paint, solvents, motor oil, fuel, pesticides, asbestos, propane and other pressurised cylinders, batteries, medical waste, tires, and freon-containing appliances. Colorado also bans electronics such as televisions and computers from landfill disposal. Everything else on a normal cleanout or renovation is fine — when in doubt, ask us before it goes in.
